VISION 46:5
VISION 46:5 was envisioned by Joí Iman Gresham to cultivate women who serve as Mamapreneurs, either with an established business regardless of the stage or Mamas who have a genuine passion and desire to start their own business. As a mamapreneur, I understand the struggles of balancing family and purpose while also being faced with the false depictions of life, motherhood and entrepreneurship where we are led to believe that there are little to no feelings of defeat, inadequacy, and solitude. Instead, VISION 46:5 creates a safe space to walk in our truth, allowing ourselves to be vulnerable enough to disclose our hurdles in order to move toward triumph. We strive to serve as an accountability partner, healthy critic, supporter, prayer partner, faith walker, and team member to each Mamapreneur.
The objectives of VISION 46:5 are as follows:
- Release. Share truths so that stress is decreased and alleviated.
- Vantage Points. Pose your challenge, problem or opportunity, and garner perspectives from seven other minds with varying backgrounds and experience.
- Accountability. Objectives that are clearly stated get done more often than objectives that are never articulated at all.
- Confidentiality. My mastermind is a safe space- anything we share in the group is held in the strictest confidence.
- Variety. You will meet mompreneurs with varied backgrounds. It is often the people who are least like you, who can help you the most.
